Temporary Suspension of flights to Cuba

Due to the temporary suspension of fligths to Cuba, we are launching the following commercial flexibility, applicable to customers with tickets issued on 075/060 whose flights remain operating and who wish to change their travel plans.

Please note that for flights that may be affected by an operational cancellation, the standard regulations applicable to such situations will apply.

ADVICE for Iberia 075/060 ticketed customers whose IB flight is still OPERATING

Rebook onto	Iberia
Affected flight/Cities	From/To HAV and connections
Tickets issued by	13 April 2026
Ticket travel dates	01 Jun to 24 October 2026
New travel dates	up to 25 October 2027
Rebooking Allowance	Rebook into the same class as the original flight or lowest available in the same cabin
Origin/Destination changes	Allow 2300 KM(included MIA, PTY, SDQ,MEX). The costs incurred by the change of airport will be at the customer's expense.
Refunds Allowed	Yes – Full refunds can be given if flights have been cancelled or are still operating and customers do not wish to travel.
Redemptions included	Yes
Important Information	One involuntary ticket change allowed Return/Onward sectors on IB may be rebooked under these guidelines, into the same cabin as original, same class or lowest available For customers on cancelled IB flights, standard Customer Handling Guidelines will apply.

Groups Bookings

Affected Flights/Cities	HAV with CANCELLED flight
Flight Dates	Any date with a cancelled flight
Change of HAV Segment	Route changes from HAV to MIA, PTY, SDQ, or MEX are permitted on the same or nearby dates to the original booking. Transfers to/from the alternative airports are not covered by the airline and will be at the customer’s expense.
Refunds	For issued tickets, refunds are not permitted unless the flight is cancelled.
