What does it consist of and who can make it?

The direct connection consists of making a development that allows the agency to connect to the IB API, and from which it can access all NDC content.

You will be able to make this connection if your agency has a development team, and/or if you can develop and integrate APIS in your platform.

How to make this type of connection?

You should send an e-mail to IBNDC.Onboarding@iberia.es, where the steps to follow will be indicated.

What does it consist of and who can make it?

This connection will allow you to access NDC content from the aggregator or technology provider that your agency selects, allowing you to access the NDC offer, among other services (next sentence, as is: Each aggregator or technology provider...).

Currently, the major GDSs are becoming aggregators, joining this new distribution channel.

This type of connection is aimed at agencies that do not wish to make the investment to do their own development.

How to make this type of connection?

The agency should follow these steps:

• Select an aggregator or technology provider that has Iberia's NDC content, and that has the functionalities that the agency requires.

• Send the registration form via Third Party Aggregator.

• The NDC-IB team will perform the registration, guaranteeing access to the products and agreements to each agency.

• The agency will contact its aggregator to perform the appropriate configuration.


What functionalities do aggregators or technology providers have enabled?

Independently, each aggregator will develop its own development to connect to the IB API, and will activate the functionalities available to its clients. See functionalities of each aggregator in detail.

What does it consist of and who can make it?

It is a free access platform through which the IAG group provides its customers with content, services and functionalities of NDC, both Iberia and British Airways.

This connection is aimed at those agencies that do not have a direct connection, nor do they have the services of aggregators or technology providers.

The IAG portal will only provide access to Iberia and British Airways NDC content, and will also allow you to retrieve NDC bookings generated on other platforms, for actions that are not integrated into your main platform.

How do I make this connection?

These are the steps:

• Send the Registration form via Third Party Aggregator.

• Register in the IAG Portal.
