For IATA agencies, specific refund requests for documents must be submitted through BSPLink.

All requested documentation may be submitted in scanned form. Documents must always be scanned from the original originals
The cases set out below describe the situations accepted by Iberia for refund processing. Failure to comply with the specified requirements will result in the refund being rejected by Iberia and the corresponding charge being applied.
The fact that the system allows an automatic refund through the CRS (Central Reservation System) does not imply acceptance by the airline, which reserves the right to carry out audits whenever it deems appropriate within the legally established time limits and to act accordingly.
