Cancellation conditions

Groups may cancel without penalty. Deadline to benefit from this condition: June 15, 2026. After this date, cancellation penalties will apply in accordance with the T&Cs for the portion of the itinerary that remains active.

TLV leg changes    

The TLV leg may be cancelled (with a fare reduction of USD 90 per leg) or a new leg in ATH, CAI, BUD, FCO may be added (transfer to/from alternative airports is not covered by the airline and will be at the customer’s expense). Deadline to benefit from this condition: June 15, 2026. After this date, cancellation penalties will apply in accordance with the T&Cs for the portion of the itinerary that remains active.

For TLV flights that continue operating from 25 October 2026, but the

customer does not wish to travel, a date change is permitted subject to a new quote.

Refund

For issued tickets, refunds are NOT permitted unless the flight is cancelled.
