We are publishing the following fare flexibility for TLV and CAI flights that continue operating due to operational limitations arising from the geopolitical circumstances.

ADVICE for Iberia 075/060 ticketed customers whose IB flight is still OPERATING

Ticket travel dates	From February 28 up to March 28 2026
New travel dates	Any travel date available for sale.
Rebooking Allowance	Rebook into the same class as the original flight or lowest available in the same cabin
Origin/Destination changes	Allowed up to 300 KM, ATH and CAI
VOUCHER	Yes for tickets 060: Online Requests \| Iberia Express Yes for tickets 075: visit Iberia.com Manage my Booking
Refund of the same form of payment allowed	NO *unless the flight is canceled
Important Information	One involuntary ticket change allowed Return/Onward sectors on I2 may be rebooked under these guidelines, into the same cabin as original, same class or lowest available For customers on cancelled I2 flights, standard Customer Handling Guidelines will apply.

Group Flexibility to/from TLV/CAI

ISSUED / NOT ISSUED TICKETS

Affected Flights/Cities: TLV/CAI with CANCELLED flight

Travel Dates: Any date

Cancellation Conditions: Possibility for the group to cancel WITHOUT penalty

Change of TLV/CAI segment:

Possibility to cancel the TLV/CAI segment (reducing the fare by USD 90 per segment) or to add a new segment within Europe (transport to/from alternative airports is not covered by the airline and will be at the customer’s expense).

For TLV flights that are still operating but the customer chooses not to travel, a date change is allowed with prior re-quoting.

Refunds: For issued tickets, refunds are NOT permitted unless the flight is cancelled.
