General strike in Portugal - 3 JUN

Due to the announcement of a General Strike in Portugal scheduled for next 3rd June, we are launching the following fare flexibility policy for customers holding tickets issued on stock 075/060 who may wish to change their travel plans as a result of this situation.

Please note that, in the event of flights being impacted by operational cancellations, the standard regulations currently in force for these situations will apply.

Ticket travel dates	3 Jun 2026
New travel dates	From 28 May up to 10 JUN 2026
Rebooking Allowance	Rebook into the same class as the original flight or lowest available in the same cabin
Origin/Destination changes	Allowed up to 300 KM.The costs incurred by the change of airport will be at the customer's expense.
Refunds Allowed	Only in voucher (unless the flight is cancelled, which applies the current policy).
Redemptions included	Yes
Important Information	One involuntary ticket change allowed Return/Onward sectors on IB may be rebooked under these guidelines, into the same cabin as original, same class or lowest available For customers on cancelled IB flights, standard Customer Handling Guidelines will apply.
