Due to fuel supply issues in Cuba, which may impact our operations, we are implementing a fare flexibility policy for customers holding issued tickets who may wish to voluntarily change their travel plans for this reason.

At this time, we do not have confirmation that this situation will require changes or cancellations of our scheduled services, but we will continue to closely monitor developments and keep you informed.

Please note that for flights affected by an operational cancellation, the standard applicable policy will apply.

ADVICE for Iberia 075/060 ticketed customers whose IB flight is still OPERATING

Ticket travel dates	9 February up to 28 February 2026
New travel dates	From 9 February up to March 20 2026
Rebooking Allowance	Rebook into the same class as the original flight or lowest available in the same cabin
Origin/Destination changes	Allow 2300 KM (MIA, PTY, SDQ,MEX). The costs incurred by the change of airport will be at the customer's expense.
Refunds Allowed	Yes, Voucher/Original form of payment, unless the flight is cancelled, which applies the current policy
Redemptions included	Yes
Important Information	One involuntary ticket change allowed Return/Onward sectors on IB may be rebooked under these guidelines, into the same cabin as original, same class or lowest available For customers on cancelled IB flights, standard Customer Handling Guidelines will apply.
