Due to the adverse weather conditions forecast in the Cantabrian Coast and Catalonia, please be advised that a commercial flexibility policy has been activated for Iberia customers holding tickets issued on stock 075 / 060 who wish to voluntarily modify their travel plans for this reason.

For flights that may be affected by an operational cancellation, the current standard policy applicable to such situations will apply.

Rebooking Allowance	Rebook into the same class as the original flight or lowest available in the same cabin
Origin/Destination changes	Allow 150 KM. The costs incurred by the change of airport will be at the customer's expense.
Refunds Allowed	Only in Voucher, unless the flight is cancelled, which applies the current policy
Redemptions included	Yes
Important Information	One involuntary ticket change allowed Return/Onward sectors on IB may be rebooked under these guidelines, into the same cabin as original, same class or lowest available For customers on cancelled IB flights, standard Customer Handling Guidelines will apply.
