For this reason, the ADM Policy has been modified in the “Agency Cards” section.

 

The general rule is as follows:

 

“An ADM will be charged for the actual cost incurred by the agent who made the booking or issuance when payment has been made using an agency card, or any form of payment not authorized by Iberia, calculated as the applicable percentage of the charged amount.”
