Below, you will find the indications for requesting our collaboration, by means of discounts at Events: Fairs and/or Congresses.

Please fill in the form that you will find in the following link EVENTOS IBERIA and later a sales representative will contact you.

Conditions for discounts on events:

• Flights: our collaboration will apply to routes operated directly by IBERIA, IBERIAEXPRESS or AIR NOSTRUM, excluding the 5000 series (flights operated by Vueling).

In the case of MICE products, PSO (Public Service Obligations) routes will be excluded in the periods considered as such.

• Routes: From point of origin to destination where the event is held. OW/RT/OPEN JAW (no stopover are permitted)

• Beneficiaries: Professionals, exhibitors, visitors, press, etc

• Validity: From 7 days before to 7 days after the event.

Types of bookings for Fairs, Congresses and Training Entities:

The Bono model offers the fares available on the Iberia website (WWW.IBERIA.COM) and you can select flights with or without baggage and in the different cabins with available seats.

Always contact the event organizer for more information.

Excluded IB flights: IB7000,5000,4000

OPEN tickets are not allowed (except in the Air Shuttle).

IMPORTANT:

In the case of Bonus Products, before finalising the purchase at IBERIA.COM, you must include the discount code that we will have provided you with in the section "I HAVE A PROMOTIONAL CODE".

If you do not include it, it will not be possible to apply the discount agreed with the entity.
