Iberia Conecta is a free real-time information service offered by Iberia to its customers regarding any incident related to their flight, provided that it is operated by Iberia, Iberia Regional Air Nostrum and Iberia Express.
Thus, the customer will receive messages via SMS and/or e-mail about:
1.
Schedule changes
2.
Flight cancellations
3.
Seat changes
4.
Boarding gates for connections in Madrid-Barajas T-4
5.
Seat confirmations
6.
Other changes to your flights and the services you have booked
7.
Incidents related to your baggage
This service minimises any incident affecting our customers by anticipating, informing them and providing alternative solutions in most cases.
1.
Access from here, and click on Manage your booking.
2.
Access your customer's booking by entering their surname and their booking reference.
3.
Fill in the mobile phone and e-mail details (both) that your customer will use during their trip.
If you have started the booking with the Iberia Plus cardholder code, ask your customer if they have updated their mobile phone and e-mail address details in our Loyalty Programme, which they usually use when they travel.
If so, Iberia Conecta will already be activated. If not, or if your customer is not sure if their details are up to date, you should fill in both details and recommend that they update them in their Iberia Plus profile.
