Venezuela- update 2

Operations at Valencia Airport, Venezuela (VLN), have been extended for the time being until 30 August, as Maiquetia Airport remains unavailable.

In the meantime, we are extending the commercial flexibility measures for customers holding issued tickets who, as a result of this situation, wish to change their travel plans.

For customers whose flights have been cancelled, please apply the standard regulations applicable to operational cancellations.

Origin/Destination changes	Allowed from/to BOG and PTY .The costs incurred by the change of airport will be at the customer's expense.
Refunds Allowed	Refund permitted to the original form of payment or as a travel voucher.
Redemptions included	Yes
Important Information	One involuntary ticket change allowed Return/Onward sectors on IB may be rebooked under these guidelines, into the same cabin as original, same class or lowest available. For customers on cancelled IB flights, standard Customer Handling Guidelines will apply.
