TLV leg changes    

The TLV leg may be cancelled (with a fare reduction of USD 90 per leg) or a new leg in Europe may be added (transfer to/from alternative airports is not covered by the airline and will be at the customer’s expense). 

For TLV flights that continue operating from 25 October 2026, but the customer does not wish to travel, a date change is permitted subject to a new quote.

Refund

For issued tickets, refunds are NOT permitted unless the flight is cancelled.
