Change of segment TLV/CAI

Possibility to cancel the TLV segment (with a fare reduction of USD 90 per segment) or to add a new segment within Europe (transfer to/from the alternative airports is not covered by the airline and will be at the customer’s expense)

For TLV flights that continue operating from 1 July 2026, but the customer does not wish to travel, a date change is permitted subject to a prior fare recalculation

Refund

For issued tickets, refunds are NOT permitted unless the flight is cancelled.
