The airline LEVEL has informed us that it is temporarily suspending its flights between Barcelona and San Francisco during the summer season, from 30 April to 26 October.

Customers are being rebooked onto available Iberia flights via Madrid. You may request a refund or a reaccommodation on available Iberia flights, in the lowest booking class in the cabin.

Rebooking Allowance	Rebook into the same class as the original flight or lowest available in the same cabin
Origin/Destination changes	Allow 150 KM. The costs incurred by the change of airport will be at the customer's expense.
Refunds Allowed	Yes – Full refunds can be given if flights have been cancelled or are still operating and customers do not wish to travel. It can be both voucher or refund.
Redemptions included	Yes
Important Information	One involuntary ticket change allowed Return/Onward sectors on IB may be rebooked under these guidelines, into the same cabin as original, same class or lowest available For customers on cancelled IB flights, standard Customer Handling Guidelines will apply.
