Flight reductions in the United States

We are sharing the flexibility policy for passengers on flights with IB code and tickets issued on 075 who wish to change their travel plans due to the reduction of flights in the United States. This reduction should not affect our flights, but it could impact connections with partners such as AA or AS.

Ticket travel dates	7 November up to 14 November
New travel dates	7 November up to 16 November
Rebooking Allowance	Rebook into the same class as the original flight or lowest available in the same cabin
Origin/Destination changes	Allow 300 KM (Customer cost)
Refunds Allowed	Only in voucher, unless the flight is cancelled, which applies the current policy
Redemptions included	Yes
Important Information	One involuntary ticket change allowed Return/Onward sectors on IB may be rebooked under these guidelines, into the same cabin as original, same class or lowest available For customers on cancelled IB flights, standard Customer Handling Guidelines will apply.
