General Strike in Portugal

Due to the announcement of a general strike in Portugal on 11 December, we are sharing the following fare flexibility for Lisbon and Porto for Iberia customers with a 075 ticket issued.

For flights that are cancelled, the current cancellation policy will apply.

ADVICE for Iberia 075/060 ticketed customers whose flights are still operating

Ticket travel dates	10 December 2025 up to 12 December 2025
New travel dates	up to 17 December 2025
Rebooking Allowance	Rebook into the same class as the original flight or lowest available in the same cabin
Origin/Destination changes	Allow 300 KM
Refunds Allowed	Only in Voucher, unless the flight is cancelled, which applies the current policy
Redemptions included	Yes
Important Information	One involuntary ticket change allowed Return/Onward sectors on IB may be rebooked under these guidelines, into the same cabin as original, same class or lowest available For customers on cancelled IB flights, standard Customer Handling Guidelines will apply.
