The commercial flexibility policy has been updated, extending the applicable dates.
We would like to remind that refunds may be accepted even if the flight still appears as operating, either as a voucher or to the original form of payment.
We would also like to remind that, as city changes are allowed, customers may keep their long-haul segment even if they are unable to arrive to or depart from Doha.
Please also note that for flights that may be affected by an operational cancellation, the standard regulations applicable to such situations will apply.
