Update flexibility due to the situation in Venezuela

We share the flexibility policy update, due to the current situation in Venezuela, for Iberia customers with a 075-ticket issued.
For cancelled flights, the current cancellation policy applies. In addition, changes to the origin/destination (2300 KM) are permitted, including MIA, PTY, BOG, SDQ, SJU, HAV, UIO, GYE. In this case, the additional cost from the new origin/destination to CCS must be borne by the customer.
Depending on how events unfold, we will continue to publish updates on the flexibility measures.
