Before starting a journey, some countries require airlines to provide certain specific passenger information (API, Advanced Passenger Information). For this reason, the PNR must include travel documentation and address details at the passenger's destination and/or residence.

To confirm that the passenger's identity corresponds to that on their boarding pass, your customer will need to provide certain documentation at the check-in counters and at the boarding gate.
