BEFORE DEPARTURE (Unused ticket, before the journey begins)
AFTER DEPARTURE (Once the journey has commenced)
The validity is one year from the date of travel of the first flown coupon, and this period cannot be extended.
Reservations with a return date exceeding 365 days from the booking date are outside the system's range.
1.
Book the flight on the desired route with the latest return date loaded in your GDS.
2.
Include the planned return date in the reservation via SSR, with the following transaction:
• SR OTHS ZZ- return ddmmyy out of range (ddmmyy = day month year)
3.
Once the reservation is made and before issuing the ticket, contact your Help Desk.

The Iberiagencias team will include a new SR element in the reservation authorizing the change without penalty.
• SR OTHS ZZ- AUTHORIZE FIRST RETURN CHANGE WITHOUT PNLTY FOR ddmmyy (ddmmyy=day month year)
5.
Once the Iberiagencias note is included, the agency will add it to the endorsements section of the ticket (FE).
6.
Finally, issue the ticket on the same day the authorization is included.
IMPORTANT:
If there is no operational flight on the return date indicated in the authorization, contact Iberiagencias again.
The authorization will only waive the change penalty or enable it for those that did not permit a change. Any fare difference and/or taxes at the time of the change must be charged.
Once the change is processed, European agencies - except for Spain and Portugal - must contact their Help Desk again to inform them of the reissued ticket and avoid a possible ADM.
