If your customer needs to change or cancel their flight and they have already checked-in online, you will be able to undo check-in online and cancel the flight reservation before to book a new one.
This process for undoing the check-in online is exclusively for travel agencies. It can be done at any time and without any time limit, saving time and speeding up the process.
1.
Undo the check-in online before making any changes to the PNR (booking), including the booking of a new flight.
2.
Undoing the check-in online will invalidate any boarding pass for the affected flight and connecting flights, and a new check-in will be required.
