The commercial flexibility policy has been updated, extending the applicable dates. Likewise, we would like to remind you that, just as a change of departure city is permitted, if the customer chooses to keep the long‑haul segment despite not being able to arrive in or depart from Doha, this is also allowed.

Origin/Destination changes	Allow 150 KM. The costs incurred by the change of airport will be at the customer's expense.
Refunds Allowed	Yes – Full refunds can be given if flights have been cancelled or are still operating and customers do not wish to travel.
Redemptions included	Yes
Important Information	One involuntary ticket change allowed Return/Onward sectors on IB may be rebooked under these guidelines, into the same cabin as original, same class or lowest available For customers on cancelled IB flights, standard Customer Handling Guidelines will apply.
