Change of segment TLV/CAI

Possibility to cancel the TLV segment (with a fare reduction of USD 90 per segment) or to add a new segment within Europe (transfer to/from the alternative airports is not covered by the airline and will be at the customer’s expense)

For TLV flights that continue operating from June 1, 2026, but the customer does not wish to travel, a date change is permitted subject to a prior fare recalculation

Refund

For issued tickets, refunds are NOT permitted unless the flight is cancelled.
