We are issuing an update from Iberia Express regarding the flexibility policy for the TLV route, available until April 30th for flights that continue to operate. BUD and FCO have been added as alternative routes, alongside CAI and ATH, for customers who prefer to modify their travel plans due to the geopolitical situation.

Cancellation Conditions: Possibility for the group to cancel WITHOUT penalty
Change of TLV/CAI segment:
Possibility to cancel the TLV/CAI segment (reducing the fare by USD 90 per segment) or to add a new segment within Europe (transport to/from alternative airports is not covered by the airline and will be at the customer’s expense).
For TLV flights that are still operating but the customer chooses not to travel, a date change is allowed with prior re-quoting.
Refunds: For issued tickets, refunds are NOT permitted unless the flight is cancelled.
